  • What does your program include?
    Our programs include tailored keynote speeches, interactive workshops, and consulting services designed to meet the unique needs of your organization. Each program is customized to align with your goals, whether it's leadership development, community engagement, or workplace healing.
  • How does the booking process work?
    To secure a booking, we require a signed agreement and a deposit of 50% upfront. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours of the service. We offer a formal contract system if needed to ensure clarity and accountability.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund. Any cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.
  • Do travel and accommodation costs come included in the base quote?
    No, travel and accommodation expenses are not included in the base quote. These additional costs will be calculated and added to the final invoice based on the event's location and duration.
  • What are your payment terms?
    We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining 50% must be paid within 24 hours of the event. Alternatively, full payment can be made upfront. Invoices will be sent promptly for your convenience.
  • What materials or products should we expect?
    Depending on the program selected, materials such as workbooks, journals, and digital resources may be included. Any additional product requests will be outlined in your final quote.
  • What are your expectations from us as a client?
    We expect clear communication regarding goals, logistics, and participant expectations. Providing the necessary equipment and materials as discussed in advance will ensure a successful session.
  • How far in advance should we book your services?
    To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance. However, we may accommodate last-minute bookings depending on our schedule.
  • What happens if we need to reschedule?
    Rescheduling is possible based on availability. Any changes must be communicated at least 14 days before the event to avoid additional fees.
  • How will I receive an invoice and contract?
    Invoices will be sent via email, and a formal contract can be provided if needed to outline all agreed terms and conditions for your peace of mind.
